 Hello Hashers, 

Flower will be our Hare and Host and she has asked that we meet in Tuckeroo St Park, McDowall, please park on Tuckeroo St, there should be plenty of space.

Don't forget its a 3pm start and a few chairs would go a long way

We had a fabulous trail set from Tails kennel, here we are itching to RUN

The run was a cracker and we had a lot of whingers, well done Tail is about time we stretched our legs

As usual Hash songs went down well 

For reasons that I cannot remember ET and Smooth Ride had a down down

It was a great afternoon and Tail sent us all a "thank you for turning up"

Next Run - SUNDAY 5th July 2026 at 3pm & BRIBIE H3 700th Run photos

 Hello Hashers,

Your next Hare will be Tail and she will set the run from Jerrang St, Indooroopilly on SUNDAY 5th July 2026 at 3pm.

Our last run was set by XXXX, it was a ball breaker of a run on Mt Coot-Tha from the Silky Oak picnic area up PAST Simpson Falls and then up some more until we looped around to return to where we started. It was a great run set on flour in an attractive forest with streams and waterfalls.

Flower led the circle and we sang appropriate songs

We thanked XXXX for his run and Crown Lager for the super dinner that she provided us, a fabulous afternoon. Thanks & On On 

BRIBIE ISLAND H3 700th RUN, SATURDAY 13th JUNE 2026

There was an excellent turnout to celebrate the 700th run of the Bribie Island H3.

We gathered at the Community Centre on Arcadia Av, Bribie Island to register and have some drinks. 

Soon after, Skidmark, GM of the BI H3, instructed us on the route to follow and we set off into the local forest. We exited that forest and poured onto the beach with a spectacular rainbow and fishing eagles as a backdrop. Soon we sheltered from the showers under a beach hut to consume tasty nobbles, have a very eventful drinks stop and then return for the circle, dinner and more entertainment.

A memorable 700th, thanks for having us and here are a few photos:

Next Run - SUNDAY 14th June 2026 at 3pm

 Hello Hashers,

Our Hare for the next run is XXXX and our host will be Crown Lager, they have invited us to meet at Simpson Falls Picnic Area, Mt Coote-Tha at 3pm on 14th June 2026.

Our last run was in Samford on Mother's Day, we met at the dog park

where we were monitored by a representative for the RACQ

Stubby and Schnapps set the trail through some prime Real Estate and along Eco paths

They were rewarded with a down down direct from the Samford Pump

ET and Smooth Ride were similarly thanked

ET and Singapore Sling

The run was just over an hour and after the circle Schnapps feed us well. We all enjoyed the afternoon On On

Next run SUNDAY 10th May 2026 at 3pm

Stubby and Schnapps will set the run from Samford Parklands Dog Park, Warwick Lane, Samford.

We will set off on Sunday 10th May 2026 at 3pm,  just in case bring chairs.

Our last run was at the Muarrie Recreation Reserve

Bedcracker and Vegemite set us a well crafted run with several false trails and enough checks to keep the runners and walkers together

We were delighted to welcome Singapore Sling and ET back to the Hash after a short absence, looking forward to seeing them on a regular basis

It wasn't long before we tucked into some fabulous home made nosh with lots of salads, thanks to you all and On On

Verbal D has requested to be your Hare for SUNDAY 15th February 2026 and has asked that you join him at McCook Park, 123 Edmondstone St, Newmarket for a 4pm start.

Tail set a great run on 11th January 2026 and afterwards Flower lead us in song to celebrate our first run of the year. Tail hosted us all for nibbles and dinner, here are a few photos from Hash Flash

The run of Titus, Purple Bush and Sister Sludge

 Hello Hashers,

Our January 2026 Hare will be Tail and we will send those details out in due course.

In the meantime, here are a few photos of our December run which was set by Titus with the able assistance of Purple Bush and Sister Sludge

Titus had us gather at A Big Bend on the North Pine River (a new site for the SH3 Inc) and it was here that we welcomed Purple Bush, Rabbi and Just Michael to our little group of dedicated Hashers.

The trails weaved their way around the swamps, some thought we were going through them!

We ended up at the Bird Hide were we regrouped to empty water that had inexplicably entered our shoes. Echo our guide dog had no such problems

We saw quite a few locals on the way

Great run, we ended up back at base where there was a cool breeze 

Flower did a great shout up and sang songs to welcome our virgins Rabbi and Just Michael, she thanked the Hare and she NAMED Just Leisa who will now and forever after be known as QUT Diver.

We then tucked into ham and salads, fabulous spread Purple Bush.

Next Run SUNDAY 7th December 2025 at 3pm

Hello Hashers,

Titus will be our next Hare and he will set the run at Tinchi Tamba Wetlands, Deep Water Bend Reserve, Wyampa Road, Bald Hills on 7th December 2025 at 3pm

Our last run was set by a lagoon in Sandgate by Jake the Peg and later Flower catered for all our needs. Here are some photos:

Next run - SUNDAY 12th October 2025 at 3pm

 Hello Hashers,

Your Hares will be Singapore Sling and ET and start will be at Pelican Park, Clontarf, in the Boat Ramp (but not the trailer bays), and just to remind you its a 3pm start.

Please bring chairs, plates and your dogs.

Last run was fun:

VD set the run from Hill Park in Virginia, it was an interesting route with several checks which allowed the walkers (many) to catch up with the runners (a few)

VD was thanked for his efforts and Flower sang some songs.

200th Run on SUNDAY 3rd August 2025

 Hello Hashers,

Baggins, assisted by XXXX, set us a fabulous run around scenic Samford and afterwards Flower lead us all astray at the circle. We remembered all those who had been with us at the beginning and those who couldn't be with us on the day.

Crown Lager had arranged for us to all have a Hash T shirts and Schnapps organised us for a group photo. After some more celebrations we retired to the Samford Hotel for our group dinner.
