Special instructions: Please arrive early for the Hare to take care of your camp chairs etc.

Last Run:

Some Hashers arrived on time for the group photo. 

Trailblazers? Well you can decide. As for the rest of us we set off through the bush and all too soon were calling "on up, on up". Once we reached the top Optus fell for a false trail down most of the other side but he soon realised that and it did not take him too long to catch up with the tail enders again. The Hares made every effort to lay the run in those parts of the forest that had not been burnt and later Schnapps rewarded the Hashers with a cooling Sangria.

Then we tucked into Bite u Suck's delicious Christmas spread, thanks for that.

At our last run:

While one of our Hares had an Sunday afternoon snooze zzzzzzz 

Others gathered in Highgate Hill

VD and Bite n Suck were our hosts that afternoon, VD set an excellent run that took in several lookouts featuring views over the Brisbane River and then past some real estate that he had been fond of on Boggo Rd. Well this time his checks didn't bounce and they brought the runners and walks together at the appointed spot where Bite un Suck had a pig on the spite.   

As usual Flower kept the neighbourhood entertained

The 10th Anniversary Run

The 10th Anniversary run at Surry Farm Park was fun.

We welcomed 1 virgin to the run and 4 new guests, including Dog who told us that as a puppy he had been running trails in this area for some years. Later at the circle he excitedly told us that the Hares had set the run on new trails past dozens of trees that he had never marked, hence his dehydration and large consumption of nectar, on this occasion gluehwein provided by Schnapps.

Catering was provided by Pot Luck and gluehwiein was another Schnapps special, thanks to all of you for such a smashashing evening, and:

As usual our over achievers were first out - well not quite Tess had been in front but happened to be camera shy 

New to our Hash were Heart Starter, Over Proof, a Virgin, On heat and Dog, welcomed in the usual way!

The Virgin was named as Snow White and we look forward to her attendance in the future

Stubby had another birthday, they are mounting up!
