Next Run SUNDAY 11th October 2026 at 3pm

Hello Hashers,

Stubby and Schnapps will be your hares for 11th October 2026, the location is still to be decided.

Titus and Purple Bush set our last run from the John Oxley Reserve by the North Pine River. 

Titus made the most of the nature reserves, parks and wooden walkways along the North Pine River and set a well marked trail with sufficient checks to keep the runners and the walkers grouped together. This was a new area for all of us and we all appreciated the wildlife, particularly birds, that we saw (and heard) along the way. Purple Bush's Merlin Bird ID App was in overdrive, her library of bird sighting exceeding all expectations.

There was plenty of seating at the park, Flower kindly lead the shout up and sang some songs along the way, then we all tucked into a splendid spread of food. Some snaps that don't need explanation:
